LINCOLN - Ethel Mae Gappa-Pearson, 89, of Lincoln died Monday, March 20, 2017, at Bryan East Medical Center.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 17th and Lake Street. The Rev. John Sullivan will officiate. Burial will be at 1:45 p.m. at Westlawn Cemetery in Grand Island, with the Rev. Scott Harter officiating.
Visitation will be prior to the service Monday with a rosary at 10 a.m. at the church.

Ethel was born March 17, 1928, in Comstock to Paul Sr. and Mertle Mable (Marlow) Stocker. She had been a nurse at St. Francis Hospital in Grand Island.
Ethel was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Myrtle Stalker; her brothers, Jack and Paul; and husbands Nick and Alvin.
Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy, and her grandchildren, Dominic, Rebecca and Mary, all of Lincoln; and many beloved cousins, nephews and nieces.
