ALDA - Janice E. Henrichs, 77, of Alda passed away Sunday, April 7, 2019.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday at Livingston-Sondermann Funeral Chapel, with Pastor John Hayes officiating.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.

Janice was born on Dec. 10, 1941, at Elkhorn to Henry and Alvina (Peterson) Benke. She grew up and attended school in Elkhorn, where she also worked her first job at Boys Town as a laundry attendant.
Janice and Marvin M. Henrichs married in June 6, 1959, in Omaha. To this union she had four children: John Henrichs of Alda, William "Bill" Henrichs of Hastings, Vickie Friedrichsen of Grand Island and Dawn Henrichs of Alda.
Janice was an avid Denver Broncos fan. She also collected plates and enjoyed gardening. She loved spending time with her dogs, especially Red, Jake and Kichi.

She is survived by four children, a brother, seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildre; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Marvin; four brothers; and a sister.
