Maria R. "Mary" Puente, 83, of Grand Island, NE died Monday, August 27, 2018, at her home with family by her side. Mass of Christian burial will be Friday, August 31, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Cathedral. The Rev. James R. Golka will be the celebrant. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, August 30, 2018, from 4 - 7 p.m. at Curran Funeral Chapel with a vigil service at 7:00 p.m. Curran Funeral Chapel is assisting the family.
