Marvin W. Kruse, 60, of Grand Island died Saturday, Dec. 10, 2016, at Tiffany Square Care Center.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at All Faiths Funeral Home. Daniel Naranjo will officiate. Burial will be in the Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be an hour before service time.
Mr. Kruse was born June 6, 1956, at Grand Island, the son of John and Zella Mae (Kelley) Kruse.
Survivors include his daughter, Tori Clare of Grand Island; grandchildren, Jaden Clare, Miah Fortner and Kehm Fortner; sisters, Sharon (Wesley) McCord of Kearney, Virginia (Jim) McCord of Grand Island and Betty (Rick) Semm of Lincoln; and nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Joann Kelsey.
Marvin was raised in Grand Island, graduating from Grand Island Senior High. He was united in marriage to Karen Shriner. He was a lifelong resident of Grand Island. Marvin was a self-employed general contractor.
His greatest joy was spending time with family and friends and lending a helping hand to others.
