Ronald H. Bernt, 80 of Atkins passed away peacefully Saturday, August 17, 2024, in Little Rock, AR. He was born October 1, 1943, in Columbus, Nebraska to the late Raymond and Catharyn Good Bernt.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, June Bernt; daughter, Ronna Bernt; brothers, Gus Bernt and Raymond Bernt.

He is survived by his companion, Connie Bernt; son, Nathan Bernt; granddaughter, Breanna Lute; great-grandchildren, Hunter and Naevia; siblings, Donna Aldrich, Judy Davis, and John Bernt and wife, Beth; nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.

A private family graveside service burial will be held at Westlawn Memorial Park in Grand Island, Nebraska at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
