Sandra "Sandy" L. Kemper, 79, of Grand Island passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2024.
Family services will be held at a later date. All Faiths Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements, memorials are suggested to the family or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
Sandy was born on October 12, 1945 in Grand Island, daughter of Fredrick and Ruth (Scherzberg) Schwieger. She graduated from Grand Island Senior High with the class of 1963.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Dennis Kemper of Grand Island; brothers, Gary (Renee) Schwieger of Grand Island, Steven (Janet) Schwieger of Homer, NE; sister, Jackie Beltzer of Grand Island; brothers-in-law, Gary (Thyra) Kemper of Auburn, CA, Gregg (LeAnna) Kemper of Smithville, KS; sister-in-law, Devon (Joe) Coble of Bennington, NE; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Fred (Doris) Schwieger, Bob Schwieger, and James "Jim" (Karen) Schwieger; sister, Patricia (Dale) Gillming; sisters-in-law, Marlene Kemper and Diane (Stan) Jacobsen.
